ラザロ・エフェクトフランクは婚約者のゾーイと共同でラザロという名前の血清の開発を行っていた。ラザロは昏睡状態にある患者の治療のための薬品として認知されていたが、実際のところは死者を蘇らせるための血清であった。友人でもあるニコ、クレイ、エヴァの協力の下、2人は死んだばかりの犬を蘇生させることに成功する。しかし、犬は生前には見せなかった動きをし始める。目から生気が失われ、食欲も喪失してしまったのである。それどころか何らかの特殊能力を取得しているようであった。検査の結果、ラザロ血清が犬の脳内に新しいシナプス回路を形成したことが判明した。 2人の極秘研究の存在を知った学部長はその中止を命令してきた。しかも、2人の研究に出資していた企業が大手製薬会社に買収されたせいで、2人は研究成果をその会社に奪われてしまった。実験の成果を奪い返すべく、フランクたちは研究室に忍び込んだ。しかしこの危険な試みの最中、事故が起こりゾーイが感電死してしまった。ゾーイを死なせたくないという一心で、フランクはラザロ血清を彼女に投与する。ゾーイは無事生き返ったように見えたが、フランクは何かがおかしいと思い始める。ゾーイは「自分が死にかけたとき、私は地獄の景色を見た」と主張する。

In the second an arcade whiz kid's obsession with a game leads to deadly consequences. In the third a small town priest loses his faith and decides to leave town, but in the desert is stalked by a mysterious black pick-up truck. In the final story, a family's problem with a rat is larger than they think.

The Dark Side of the MoonIt is the year 2022. A mysterious systems failure causes the crew of a spaceship to be stranded on the dark side of the moon, while rapidly running out of fuel and oxygen. They are surprised to discover a NASA space shuttle floating in space, and board it in the hope of salvaging some supplies. One by one, the crew is possessed and killed, and it is up to Paxton Warner to find the links between the dark side of the moon, the Bermuda Triangle, and the Devil himself.

Making ContactA nine year old boy named Joey, who after the tragic death of his father, begins to experience psychic powers such as allowing him to move inanimate objects with his mind, set things on fire, and even communicate with his dead father. However, not everything is good for Joey as his newly gained powers accidentally awake an evil supernatural force that is contained inside the body of an old ventriloquist's dummy that Joey found in an abandoned house. The supernatural Dummy shows similar powers to Joey's, and soon he puts the lives of everyone near Joey in danger as the evil Dummy has dark plans for Joey's special powers.

巨神兵東京に現わる劇場版「ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版：Q」と同時上映の特撮短編。宮崎駿監督の「風の谷のナウシカ」に登場した巨神兵を主役に、ミニチュア特撮技術の粋を集め、巨神兵が東京の街を燃やし尽くすスペクタクルを展開する。2012年7月10日～10月8日に東京都現代美術館で開催された「館長　庵野秀明　特撮博物館　ミニチュアで見る昭和平成の技」の展示映像として制作された短編に、映像・音声の調整を加えた「劇場版」として上映。
