The Faculty

The FacultySiamo all'Herrington High (situato nel mezzo dell'Ohio) nel quale gli insegnanti ed il personale vengono posseduti da parassiti. Gli insegnanti iniziano quindi a infettare gli studenti con l'organismo. Un gruppetto di studenti capisce la situazione e resiste. Tra questi abbiamo: Zeke Tyler (Josh Hartnett), un genio solitario che ripete il suo ultimo anno, i cui genitori sono sempre in viaggio, che vende una droga simile alla cocaina ai suoi compagni di corso; Stan Rosado (Shawn Hatosy), un burlone che decide all'ultimo anno di uscire dalla squadra di football per incentrarsi sullo studio; la fidanzata di Stan, Delilah Profit (Jordana Brewster), una ragazza popolare e vendicativa che è l'editor-in-chief della testata studentesca; Casey Connor (Elijah Wood), un disadattato picchiato costantemente dagli studenti con un debole per Delilah ed è un abile fotografo per il giornale studentesco.

La cosaGli scienziati di una base di ricerche in Alaska raccolgono un cane lupo che i loro colleghi norvegesi hanno tentato di abbattere. Lo mettono nel canile mentre due di essi si recano nella base norvegese che trovano abbandonata e piena di cadaveri. Trovano anche i resti di quello che sembra un disco volante. In breve il cane viene posseduto da una strana forza e si trasforma in belva. Il panico si diffonde nella base.
