Perfect BlueDi fronte allo scarso successo commerciale, la cantante Mima che deve abbandonare il microcosmo rosa confetto delle idol per essere "rilanciata" come attrice, in un mondo dove invece diventerà solo carne da macello. Ottiene la parte di una ragazza psicologicamente instabile nel serial Tv "Doppio Legame", ma inizia a ricevere messaggi di minaccia anonimi da parte di un fan otaku che non ha tollerato il cambiamento d'immagine della "sua" Mima. Di lì a poco, una serie di incidenti colpisce il set di lavorazione. La stessa Mima, abituata a essere un mero simulacro, inizia a perdere contatto con la propria identità. Ma allora: chi è la vera Mima? Quella che veste gli ingenui costumi della idol? Quella che compare sorridente su Internet? Quella che fa la spesa al supermercato? La ragazza schizofrenica di "Doppio Legame"? L'illusione di se stessa? Oppure solo l'illusione di tutti?

Steve is a wise cracking, quick thinking, loyal friend- at least that's how Nate sees it. The reality is that Steve is a Zombie; a living corpse, contaminated by an infection that raises the dead, giving them an unquenchable desire to feed on human flesh. Despite his gruesome appearance and lack of social skills, the people of Pine Falls consider Steve to be nothing more than Nate's handsome friend, until it's too late.

Her radio is dead, her flashlight battery fading, and all exits are sealed. Days pass. Hunger gnaws. Water runs out. Rats scurry, but offer no salvation.

After a shipwreck, a Sim regains consciousness on a remote tropical island with no memory of how he got there. He begins to gather supplies, search for shelter, and attempt to send signals for help. But as time passes, eerie signs begin to emerge — strange carvings in the rocks, whispers in the jungle, and footsteps that don't belong to him. As his grip on reality begins to slip, the Sim must face the possibility that the island isn’t uninhabited — and that something is watching him.
