With the President of Halloween trapped and the planet on edge, Commander Ichabod Crane, Special Agent Katrina Van Tassel, and their cybernetic security officer Robo Bones of the Monster Intelligence Agency (MIA) enlist an unlikely ally-a pool-hall-roaming, bar-fighting vigilante with a pumpkin for a head and nothing left to lose. His mission: break into District 13, recover the President and the mysterious case, and somehow make it out alive before Halloween is lost.
