十三號星期五 4：終結篇上一集的大屠殺之後，傑森和十個年輕人的屍體被警方收斂，然而在醫院中，傑森再次醒來，將夜班醫護殺死，不知所蹤……保羅、莎拉（Barbara Howard 飾）等六個年輕人租下了林中的木屋度假，木屋旁邊住着湯米、麗絲姐弟以及他們的母親一家。保羅等人到水晶湖中戲水，全然不知這裏曾經上演的血腥故事。湯米和麗絲因汽車拋錨結識了自稱是獵熊人的青年羅布（Erich Anderson 飾），羅布拜訪湯米一家後在森林中安營，夜幕降臨時，莎拉等人和新認識的姑娘在屋中狂歡，再次歸來的傑森如常開始了夜色中的獵殺。湯米和麗絲發現母親失蹤，四處尋找時再次遇見羅布，原來羅布的妹妹被傑森所害，他特意在湖區駐紮，尋找向傑森復仇的機會……
