简介

Natsumi Miyata is divorced from her husband and raising her 5-year-old son by herself. She works in the Customer Service Department of a confectionery company. She is busy handling the complaints that come in every day. One day, Natsumi receives a phone call. She hears a woman's sobbing voice coming from the other end of the line.

Claimer: Case 1Naoto Tsugimura, head of customer service at a major food and beverage company, receives a strange complaint from an angry caller who claims to have found insects in his mineral water. Tsugimura is unable to appease him, and soon finds that this mysterious claimer is beginning to infiltrate his life, harassing and stalking him, but always out of Tsugimura's sight.
