The Demon Prince
The Demon PrinceThe movie The Demon Prince (Hoàng Tử Quỷ) marks the first collaboration between CJ HK Entertainment and the duo Producer Hoang Quan – Director Tran Huu Tan from ProductionQ. The film is inspired by the famous horror novel Lý Triều Dị Truyện by author Phan Cuong. This fictional collection, steeped in mystique and set during Vietnam's Ly Dynasty, builds on folklore about ghosts, dark magic, courtly secrets, and popular fears. The work opens up a world where forgotten legends come to life, reflecting the greed, ambition, and obsessions within every human being. The film The Demon Prince (Hoàng Tử Quỷ) is expected to premiere in cinemas nationwide starting from December 5, 2025.
The 10th House
The 10th HouseAfter the mysterious death of his father inside their newly built house, Nguyễn Văn Ân lives with his mentally deteriorating mother as a series of unsettling supernatural events begin to unfold. In an attempt to uncover the truth, Ân starts documenting everything through a vlog series titled Spiritual Stories in My House (Chuyện tâm linh trong nhà mình). During his investigation, he discovers an ancient talisman buried beneath the foundation and gradually realizes that the house is connected to a Lu Ban curse ritual passed down among construction workers — tied to a rumor that after nine ordinary houses, a mysterious “tenth house” is chosen for a dark purpose never meant to be revealed.
