A top-secret gorvenment research group called HOME is sent to investigate the remains of an alien corpse that had crash-landed in Nebraska. However, things take a turn for the worse when it is discovered that part of the alien corpse has risen from the dead, speading a deadly infection called the STARKILL in the process. The STARKILL begins to assimilate all nearby organisms, and it's up to HOME to research and destroy this bizarre alien threat.

아이언 렁 (2026)수십 년 전, '조용한 휴거(The Quiet Rapture)'가 발생해 알려진 우주의 모든 별과 거주 가능한 행성이 사라졌다. 인류는 무너져가는 우주정거장의 녹슨 복도에 남겨졌다. 그리고 황량한 위성에서 발견된, 유일한 희망일지도 모르는 피의 바다(Ocean of Blood). 생존자들은 이 피 흘리는 심연을 탐사하기 위해 잠수함을 만들었고, 그 안을 조종할 단 하나의 영혼을 용접해 가두었다. 죄수(The Convict)는 '아이언 렁(Iron Lung)'이라 불리는 작은 잠수함을 타고 피의 바다를 수색하는 임무에 투입된다. 하지만 이 공허 속에서 희망은 별빛만큼이나 허상일 뿐이다. 이것은 탐사가 아니다. 처형이다.

판더믹 (2016)의사 로렌은 뉴욕의 몰락 이후 LA로 이동하여 생존자를 구출하고 아울러 자신의 가족들도 구하려고 한다. 그녀는 구조팀이 되어 다른 생존자를 구하려 출동한 워드 박사 일행을 구출하기 위해 출동한다. 로렌과 구조 인원들은 보호복을 착용하고 카메라를 장착하지만 생존자들을 구출하기 위한 무모하리만큼 어려운 도전에 직면하게 된다. 무차별적인 감염자들의 공격으로부터 워드 박사팀을 구출하는 것은 목숨을 건 도전이었다. 감염자들의 공격이 있은 후 로렌은 일반적인 의사와는 다른 행동을 보이게 되고 사실은 자신은 의사가 아니고 주운 신분증으로 로렌의 흉내를 내며 LA에 있는 가족을 살리기 위해 어쩔 수 없는 선택이었음을 고백하고 용서를 구한다. 불의의 사망자가 나오고 구조팀은 어쩔 수 없이 로렌의 가족을 구하기 위해 그녀의 집으로 가게 되지만 이미 감염이 진행중인 딸아이를 발견하게 된다. 과연 그토록 구하고자 했던 자식이 좀비로 변해가는 상황을 과연 그녀는 어떻게 극복할 수 있을런지…
