도쿄 구울 S (2019)구울과 인간이 공존하는 도쿄에서 어느 날 인기 모델 마가렛이 안구가 사라진채 맨션에서 추락하여 죽는 사건이 발생한다. CCG 수사국은 미식가 구울에 의한 범행으로 판단하고 범인을 잡기 위한 수사에 매진한다. 한편 카네키는 죽을 위기에서 리제의 내장을 이식하여 간신히 살아나지만, 구울의 몸을 갖게 된다. 그리고 안테이크 식당에서 일하며 구울 키리시마의 도움을 받아 힘을 키우지만 키리시마가 주는 인간 고기를 거부하며 살아간다. 그러던 어느 날 강력한 힘을 가진 구울 츠키야마가 카네키가 일하는 안테이크 식당에 나타난다. 츠키야마는 카네키가 풍기는 독특한 향기에 매료되고 그를 잡아 먹기 위한 계획을 세운다. 츠키야마는 미식가 구울들이 모이는 비밀 레스토랑에 카네키를 초대한 후 그를 먹으려고 하는데...
