악령어제처럼 오늘도 같은 시간에 일어나 하루를 보내는 리사. 어느 날, 자신을 부르는 낯선 속삭임에 이끌려 지하실로 향한 리사는 그 곳에서 죽은 자들의 흔적이 담긴 물건을 보고 자신과 가족들이 수년 전 악령에게 살해당했고 혼령인 채로 집에 갇혀있다는 점을 기억해낸다. 그러던 중 리사는 자신을 죽인 악령이 현재 이 집에 살고 있는 소녀와 가족의 목숨을 위협하고 있다는 것을 알게 되는데… 악령의 위협을 피해 살아있는 소녀에게 혼령의 메시지를 보내는 리사. 과연 리사는 살아있는 자, 그리고 죽은 자 모두의 혼령을 해방시킬 수 있을까… 산 者와 죽은 者… 누구도 이 집을 벗어날 수 없다!
