Dabei werden drei Leute, die mit dem Gerber-Syndrom zu tun haben, genauer vorgestellt: die infizierte junge Frau Melissa (Valentina Bartolo), ihr behandelnder Arzt Doktor Ricardi (Sax Nicosia) und Luigi (Luigi Piluso), welcher der CS angehört, einer Sicherheitsorganisation, die sich um die infizierten Menschen kümmert, die teilweise keine Kontrolle mehr über ihre Körper haben.
