사메지마 사건나나는 학창 시절 친구들과 매년 고등학교 음악 동아리 모임을 갖는다. 올해는 온라인 모임을 갖기로 했다. 그런데 아유미가 나타나지 않는다. 걱정하는 친구들에게 유키와 스즈가 20년 전 인터넷을 떠돌던 도시 괴담 ‘사메지마 사건’ 이야기를 꺼낸다. 유키와 스즈는 아유미와 함께 이 사건과 연관이 있다는 폐건물을 찾아갔는데, 그 안에서 아유미의 행동이 이상하게 변했다는 것이다. 나나와 친구들은 패닉에 빠지는데, 진짜 공포는 이제부터 시작이다.
