GANTZ PERFECT ANSWER戦いに目覚め、生き抜くことを選択する玄野。一方、暴力に支配された世界を嫌悪し、戦いを否定する加藤は死闘の中で命を落としてしまう。身近にある生と死を実感した玄野は、100点めにゅーで加藤を生き返らせるために戦いを続けていく。過去に100点を取り、ガンツを卒業していたメンバーの鮎川たちも復活し、心強い仲間たちとともに得点を積み重ね、順調かに見えた玄野たち。しかし、加藤の不可解な復活と、ガンツメンバーの周囲をかぎまわる謎の男と最強の敵が出現し、ガンツの何かが狂い始める。そして、異変が起き始めたガンツが次のターゲットに選んだのは、星人ではなく玄野のことを想い続ける多恵だった。
