ロングレッグス新人FBI捜査官リー・ハーカー（マイカ・モンロー）は、ある未解決事件の捜査を任される。それは、父親が家族を殺害し自殺した10件の連続殺人事件で、すべての殺人現場には暗号で書かれた“ロングレッグス”からの手紙が残されていた。リーは謎めいた手がかりを頼りに、徐々に事件の真相に近づいていくが……。
