ギニーピッグ悪魔の実験スプラッター描写に主眼を置いたギニーピッグシリーズ第一作。パッケージには「悪魔の実験」のサブタイトルが付けられているが、本編中にはこのサブタイトルの表記はない。　ギニーピッグとはモルモットのこと、転じて“実験動物”の事を示す。“五感を侵食する苦痛の限界点を求める実験の報告”と称したプライベートビデオを入手したものという建前になっている作品。３人の男が山荘に監禁した１人の女性を執拗に虐待する様を延々と写したストーリー性の皆無な内容。　実験の記録ということで、男達は無表情に様々なやり方（殴る、爪を剥ぐ、不快な音を無理に聞かせる、熱した油をかける･･･等々）で女性に肉体的、精神的苦痛を加えていく。それに対する女性の反応が回数、時間、温度などでどのように変化していくかを淡々と写し出していく。特に最後の、こめかみから目玉に針を串刺しにするシーンはこの手のものを見慣れた者でも正視に耐えないだろう。　特殊メイクの技術が大きく進歩し、注目されていたころにつくられた一編。リアルな特殊メイクと女性の演技は、これが作り物ではなく、実際のものではないかと思わせてしまうほど。なお、流失物という設定なので、ビデオ本編にはスタッフ・キャストの表示は一切ない。
