墓地裏の家謎の自殺を遂げた同僚の研究を引き継ぐために、郊外の一軒家に家族と共に引っ越してきた、歴史学者ノーマン。だが、この家こそかつて人体実験で悪名高かったフロストステイン博士の屋敷だったのである。そして、巻き起こる怪奇現象と惨殺事件。その元凶は奇怪なゾンビとなって地下室に存在していたフロストステインだった。監督は「サンゲリア」「地獄の門」でイタリアン・スプラッターの魔王となったＬ・フルチ（本人もノーマンの上司役で特別出演）。
