あらすじ

In 1984, police in Washington State are investigating a spate of serial murders committed by a mysterious man known as The Green River Killer. With no leads to go on, the detective in charge of the case consults with psychologists in an attempt to get inside the mind of the killer. But when that doesn't produce a positive result and the killings continue, the detective realizes that the only way to understand what makes a serial killer tick is to meet one. So he visits the imprisoned Ted Bundy, one of the most notorious serial killers in American history.

ヘンリー ある連続殺人鬼の記録ヘンリーは、服役中に知り合ったオーティスと共同生活をしながら、表向きは害虫駆除の仕事を坦々とこなす日々を過ごしていた。しかし、殺人への渇望は充たされることはなく、あたかもそれが日課のようなに殺人を繰り返していたのだった。やがてヘンリーの”狂気”はオーティスをも引き込んで、凶行はさらにエスカレートして行く。そしてある日、オーティスの妹ベッキーが彼らの生活に加わり、これをきっかけにしてヘンリーとオーティスの関係は均衡が次第に崩れ始めるのだった。
