俺たちのアナコンダ伝説のインディオ、シリシャマ族を求めて南米アマゾンに来た映画作家のテリーら撮影隊は、シリシャマ族を探している途中で遭難していた密猟者・サローンを助ける。最初は温厚な態度をとっていたサローンだったが、巨大蛇アナコンダが現れるや否や本性を曝け出し、アナコンダ捕獲の目的遂行の為にテリー達を支配してしまう。テリー達はサローンとオオアナコンダの脅威から逃げ延びることは出来るのか…。

グリーン・インフェルノ不正なアマゾンの森林伐採の実態を世に訴えるため、学生たちの活動家から成るグループは現地に赴く。その後、彼らの度を越した行動が目に余ったため全員強制送還されることになるが、その途中で搭乗機がエンジントラブルを起こしてしまう。熱帯雨林に墜落した飛行機の生存者たちは救助を求めるが、彼らを待ち受けていたのは食人族だった。
