エイリアン³惑星LV-426のエイリアン殲滅後、生き残った者達は冷凍睡眠につき、宇宙船スラコ号で地球に向かっていたが謎の事故を起こす。スラコ号から切り離された脱出艇はフィオリーナ161（通称フューリー）で回収されたが、ヒックスやニュートは着陸の際に死亡、ビショップも機能を停止していた。この漂着先は流刑の星で凶悪な囚人達が戒律の元で自活的な生活をおくり、放射性廃棄物を収める鉛のコンテナを作る作業をしていた。唯一の女性であるリプリーの出現で惑星の秩序は一時乱れるが囚人頭であるディロンが事態を収拾する。そんな時、脱出艇に潜んでいたエイリアンが活動を始める。

武器人間1945年、第二次世界大戦末期の東部戦線。ある密命を受けたソ連軍の偵察部隊がカメラを携えた記録係を伴い、ナチス・ドイツの占領地域へと向かう。やがて一行は、古びた教会で謎の大虐殺が行われた現場に遭遇、さらにその地下で不気味な施設を発見する。そこは、禁断の実験に取り憑かれたフランケンシュタインの末裔であるナチスのマッドサイエンティスト、ヴィクター・フランケンシュタイン博士が最終兵器として死体と機械を合体させ、不死身の“武器人間”を製造している秘密工場であった。
