バイオハザードダムネーションアメリカ合衆国大統領直属のエージェントのレオンは、東スラブ共和国の内戦で、生物兵器「B.O.W.」が使用されているという情報を受けて、一人で潜入を試みる。しかし、ほどなく東スラブ共和国から手を引くことが決定し、同国からの撤退命令が下る。だがレオンは「B.O.W.」の脅威によりこれ以上犠牲者を出さないため、撤退せずに単独で同国内での戦闘を継続する。
