寄生獣

寄生獣海辺に漂着した小さな寄生生物、パラサイト。彼らは人間に寄生しては宿主に擬態し、ほかの人間を食料としてむさぼっていく。そのうちの１匹が至って普通の高校生・泉新一に寄生するが、脳を乗っ取ることができずに右手に宿る。自身の肉体にパラサイトが寄生して驚がくする新一だったが、彼をミギーと呼んで共生するうちに奇妙な絆を育むように。やがて、彼の通う高校に教師・田宮良子に寄生したパラサイトやって来る。それを発端にほかのパラサイトが次々と出現し、新一とミギーに襲い掛かる。
