Ballata macabra (1976)I coniugi Rolf pensano di avere avuto un'idea brillante: quella di andare in vacanza in una casa minacciosa, stile "Addams" (o peggio, motel Bates). Non sanno che la gotica magione pronta ad accoglierli si ciba degli inquilini per "ringiovanirsi".

Wells lo uccide, ma a sua volta viene fatto fuori perché ha scoperto la vera identità del "pipistrello".
