La sposa di ChuckyChucky torna nuovamente in vita. Con un blitz e con la giusta ispirazione al film La moglie di Frankenstein (che infatti scorre sullo schermo di una TV all'interno della roulotte), Chucky la uccide e ne trasferisce l'anima nel corpo di pezza di una bambola femmina che lei stessa gli aveva regalato per farsi beffa di lui. Dopo di che, tutti e due cominciano a creare una serie di omicidi truculenti, fino a che non trovano due ragazzi, in cui decidono di trasferire le loro anime.
