Ne coupez pas !« Mais c'est impossible ! » s'écrie le réalisateur Higurashi (Takayumi Hamatsu) quand on lui propose de réaliser un film de zombies sans budget, en un seul plan-séquence et pour une diffusion en direct. Le court-métrage de 37 minutes qui en résulte est effectivement bien décevant, les acteurs jouent mal, les décors sont sans intérêt et en plus la caméra tremble. Mais tout commence réellement après le court-métrage : transporté un mois auparavant, le spectateur découvre alors le film sous un nouvel angle en suivant les coulisses de la production, depuis le moment où la chaîne de télévision a proposé au réalisateur ce projet impossible jusqu'au tournage du film.

Sa vie d’ermite va être bousculée lorsqu’on va lui envoyer une infirmière dynamique, Penny Rudge, chargée de résorber sa raideur. Les techniques de massages spéciaux vont être très efficaces et Harold va s’attacher à son infirmière particulière. Il décide alors de suivre un traitement expérimental dans un institut pour guérir complètement mais son état s’aggrave. Penny l’aide à s’échapper mais à l’extérieur, ils sont poursuivis par une bande de chasseurs de zombies cherchant à tuer aussi bien les cas critiques que les personnes ayant encore un espoir de vaincre la maladie.

I Am BishThe film appears at first to be a documentary. Bish, a final year film student, is shooting the documentary for his graduating project. Things change when an unspecified "incident" wipes out the population of Western Australia leaving Bish as the only survivor. At first he enjoys his new found wealth and power, stealing cars, playing golf in expensive mansions and breaking into an Army base to steal an arsenal of weaponry including a Field Gun which he uses to shell the houses of people he didn't like when they were alive. Bish is just starting to become lonely when the zombies arrive and he finds a new lease of life in the challenge of survival. He is preparing to leave Perth when he makes contact with another survivor, Sarah, on the other side of town and he finds the true purpose that had eluded him in his former life - to get to Sarah and get her out of the city. However as the city is now overflowing with zombies this proves to be more than a little difficult.
