Sinopsis

This is a short horror game that I developed for Fantasy Console Game Jam #3 using the Pico-8 fantasy console. This game is not suited for children or those who are easily disturbed. The objective of this game is to move around a desolated town and touch certain magic pillars. When you touch the pillars (it's a little finicky, so try to move around them a bit), a streetlight will come on near a lighthouse to signify your progress. You must light all six streetlights, at which point the lighthouse will light up. Touch the light of the lighthouse to complete the game.

Conarium
ConariumConarium is a chilling Lovecraftian game, which follows a gripping story involving four scientists and their endeavor to challenge what we normally consider to be the ‘absolute’ limits of nature. Inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s novella "At the Mountains of Madness", but largely set after the original story. You, as Frank Gilman, open your eyes inside a room filled with strange, pulsating noises. Patterns of lights executing a Danse Macabre on the walls is presented by a queer device on the table. Having recalled nothing other than that you’re in Upuaut, an Antarctic base located near south pole, you find the place deserted and have a distinct feeling of something being terribly wrong. Somehow knowing that your memories cannot guide you enforces a strange feeling of vulnerability, a familiar yet alien sensation of being a part of a peculiar whole... Soon you will discover that having used the device during the expedition, you have died but then returned subtly changed, speaking of strange memories and of strange places. You have lost something important or gained something sinister... Explore the antarctic base, as well as dreams and visions. Study clues, unlock secrets but avoid macabre beings at all cost.
Path to Mnemosyne
Path to MnemosyneIn Path to Mnemosyne, players will control a young woman moving through a grayscale cavern, running past the strange things she finds as they try to find a path through this underground nightmare. Players are able to walk on any route that has a path, though, which will mean turning the environment in order to create a way forward for the young woman. Players will also tangle with some strange puzzles, as well as the ever-changing surreal landscapes filled with skulls, alien hives, cave-like pupils, and other jarring sights. The game’s trailer hints at some of the discomforting music that will play along this adventure, looking to create a creeping sense of unease throughout the game.
