Sang-hyun, a devoted Catholic priest, turns into a vampire after surviving a failed medical experiment through an unknown blood transfusion. Forced to consume blood to survive, his morality collapses when he begins an adulterous affair with a friend's distressed wife. Unbridled desire and guilt plunge them both into a violent spiral of crime, manipulation, and ruin.
