Synopsis

Laura lives isolated in a remote mansion in Central Europe, longing for companionship, until a carriage accident leads her to take in Carmilla, a young woman as enigmatic as she is erratic. As Carmilla's behavior becomes increasingly strange and volatile, Laura begins to suffer from bizarre symptoms and a severe decline in health, leading her and her father to uncover a terrifying, monstrous truth behind their visitor.
