Dieser Film hatte dem Hauptdarsteller Lam Ching Ying zu absolutem Kultstatus als unangefochtenem Mr.Ghostbuster verholfen. Mit seinen buschigen Augenbrauen und seinen, mit allerlei Zauberutensilien gefüllten Taschen war er absolut prägend. Es wäre noch anzumerken das es unbedingt nötig ist ein Fan des Darstellers oder zumindest des Genres zu sein.
