Synopsis
Coed Julie Grayson rents a room with a sweet but eccentric, elderly widow who likes to be called, 'Grandma.' When Grandma's behavior becomes increasingly unhinged, Julie finds herself at the mercy of a landlady with a dark and dangerous plan for her.
