A funeral procession leads to a distorted reality where time loops and images of death appear. A psychiatrist is invited by a family to help with their father’s suicidal fixation on ropes and knots. As he delves into the case, he blurs the lines between doctor, patient, guest, and priest, questioning his own identity and the shifting nature of reality.

EfreetSophia, who recently turned 10, is haunted by mysterious nightmares. In her nightmares, a girl named Selinka keeps appearing, showing her things about her mother Tina's past that she shouldn't know anything about. Tina thinks that her ex-husband Markus is secretly seeing Sophia, although he is not allowed to have any contact with her. But when one evening Sophia mentions the name "Efreet", Dana (a close friend of the little family) knows that they are dealing with evil forces.

Nikki lässt sich trotzdem darauf ein. Doch als sie in ihre neue Rolle schlüpft und eine Affäre mit ihrem Kollegen beginnt, scheint sie zunehmend den Bezug zur Realität zu verlieren. Die Grenze zwischen Gegenwart und Vergangenheit, fiktiven und tatsächlichen Personen und Orten, ist nicht mehr auszumachen.

RabbitsJede Folge spielt ausschließlich in einem Raum in dem sich drei Menschen mit Hasenköpfen aufhalten. Die Handlung ähnelt der einer Sitcom, da an bestimmten Stellen aufgenommenes Gelächter und Applaus eingespielt wird. Andererseits handelt es sich nicht um eine Komödie und Gelächter bzw. Applaus tauchen ohne Zusammenhang mit dem Geschehen auf. Die Handlung ist sehr begrenzt, größtenteils beobachtet man die Hasenmenschen beim Nichtstun. Dialoge werden ebenfalls sehr sparsam eingesetzt und weisen lange Pausen auf.
