Nachdem es auf der Raumstation "Sprawl" ankommt, soll dieser ebenfalls verhört werden. Ein weiteres Spiel, DS Ignition, erzählt die Ereignisse nach diesem Film auf der Sprawl, die inzwischen von den Necromorphs infiziert ist, und endet damit, dass Isaac Clarke wiederbelebt wird. Genau hier schließt dann das Spiel DS2 an.
