Die mondäne Erscheinung ist die Besitzerin des Clubs und zugleich die Anführerin eines weiblichen Vampir-Trios, dem auch die elegante Charlotte und die abgedrehte Nora angehören. Louise verliebt sich in die verwahrloste Lena und beißt sie in der ersten gemeinsamen Nacht. Fortan erfährt Lena den Fluch und Segen ihres neuen, ewigen Lebens. Sie genießt den Luxus, die Partys, die grenzenlose Freiheit, doch schon bald machen ihr der Blutdurst und die Mordlust ihrer neuen Freundinnen zu schaffen. Als sich auch noch die Berliner Polizei an die Fersen der Frauen heftet und Lena ihre Gefühle für den ermittelnden Kommissar Tom Serner entdeckt, geraten die Ereignisse völlig außer Kontrolle.
