Area 407 (2012)Am Neujahrsabend fliegen die Teenager Trish und Jessie von New York nach Los Angeles. Trish hat zu Weihnachten eine Kamera erhalten, mit der sie nun jedes Detail ihrer Reise dokumentiert. Schon kurz nach dem Abheben und noch kürzer nach dem Neujahrstoast kommt es an Bord zu Problemen, die Maschine gerät ins Trudeln und stürzt ab. Wie durch ein Wunder überleben einige der Insassen, darunter die beiden Mädchen. Doch in unwirtlicher Umgebung und fern von Rettung müssen sie erkennen, dass die Schrecken noch nicht vorüber sind.
