Kurz nach Prescotts Verschwinden kommt es zu seltsamen Berichten über ein blutsaugendes verkrustetes Ungeheuer, dass sein Unwesen treiben soll. Prescotts Bruder Chuck untersucht die Angelegenheit und er hat die böse Ahnung, dass ihn mehr mit dem monströsen Wesen verbindet, als ihm lieb ist.
