Synopsis

Shadyville is plagued by sightings of a hairy creature known as the "House Squatch". Locals are panicked and the area's powerful real estate firm is pressuring the local sheriff to stop the creature, who has taken up residence in one of their homes for sale. It's a battle of wits and wackiness as the town mobilizes to drive the creature back to the forest.

Identity TheftAfter winning 50 million dollars in the lottery, Matt Walker thought that he'd found the perfect woman one evening when he met Karen Bristol...she was smart, gorgeous and wanted him for his body...only trouble was that's all she wanted from him. Upon waking the next morning Matt discovers that his mind has some how be transferred into Karen's body...and that the being now in his body explains that he has lived throughout the centuries moving from body to body whenever the mood strikes him. Now, forced out onto the street, the new 'Karen' discovers that she is penniless and wanted by the police. In desperation she turns to her lecherous best friend Brian and ex girl friend Lisa, but unless he can find a way back to his own body, Matt will have to live the rest of his life as a true victim of Identity Theft.
A Crime
A CrimeA murder takes place in a suburban high school. A mentally defective detective Delgado Rodriguez and his partner, the German ex-soldier-veteran Stilenacht, begin a wide-ranging investigation. The comically hapless duo go undercover, roaming the halls among the students, looking for clues. They have no idea what they're getting themselves into. Nothing is certain in this case. The film is full of pop-culture references and allusions, relentlessly peppered with corny puns that sometimes become an integral part of the plot and story. The film takes a similar approach to the mixing of genres; the crime film premise crosses into the realms of fantasy and horror in the course of a plot that is often self-contradictory.
