Romano and his men are ambushed in one military operation. Romano almost gets killed but wakes up after staying in coma for several days. His life will never be the same again. He resigns from the military and goes into seclusion in their Baguio ancestral house after realizing that he now has a supernatural gift.

Zombie IIIWissenschaftler entwickeln im Auftrag des Militärs einen bakteriellen Kampfstoff auf den Philippinen. Als Terroristen das Labor überfallen, tritt "Death One" aus und ein befallener Terrorist wird im Krematorium verbrannt. Dummerweise wird dadurch seine Asche vom Wind über die ganze Region verteilt und plötzlich stillen überall zu neuem Leben erwachte Tote ihren Appetit auf Menschenfleisch.
