Synopsis
Six short, dark tales about work (and play) from the twisted imagination of Duncan Ralston: crime, dark comedy, science-fiction, and horror. When Annie Watkins takes a job at a local New Orleans TV station, her preemptive obituaries of famous people seem to be killing them off. Inmates used to catch fire on Old Sparky at Alamosa County Prison; now they reanimate. A man comes face to face with destiny in a public restroom. A small town school bus driver takes matters into his own hands when a bully puts a kid in the hospital. Nature goes haywire in an animal sanctuary. A new delivery van causes Katie and Gavin's life to take a turn for the worse. Contains the novelettes HOW TO KILL A CELEBRITY and DEAD MEN WALKING.
