José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal (spagnolo: [xoˈseˈpeðɾo βalmaˈseða pasˈkal]; nato il 2 aprile 1975) è un attore cileno e americano. Conosciuto per le sue interpretazioni di figure genitoriali, ha recitato in serie televisive e film di grande successo. I suoi riconoscimenti includono un Actor Award, oltre a nomination per un Golden Globe e quattro Primetime Emmy Awards. La rivista Time lo ha nominato una delle 100 persone più influenti al mondo nel 2023.
