Stan Lee (né le 28 décembre 1922, de son vrai nom Stanley Martin Lieber) est un auteur de bandes dessinées, un éditeur, un acteur, un producteur, une personnalité de la télévision et l'ancien président de Marvel Comics. En collaboration avec plusieurs artistes, notamment Jack Kirby et Steve Ditko, il a co-créé Spider-Man, les Fantastic Four, les X-Men, les Avengers, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Daredevil, Docteur Strange et bien d'autres personnages de fiction.
