Biografía

Sameera Reddy (born 14 December, 1978) is an Indian actress and digital content creator who has worked primarily in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu cinema. She appeared in Pankaj Udhas's 1997 music video "Aur Aahista" before making her feature film debut opposite Sohail Khan in the Hindi romantic action film *Maine Dil Tujhko Diya* (2002). Her Hindi film credits include Ram Gopal Varma's anthology *Darna Mana Hai* (2003), Sanjay Gupta's action thriller *Musafir* (2004), the comedy *Taxi No. 9211* (2006), the thriller *Race* (2008), the comedy *De Dana Dan* (2009), and the action thriller *Tezz* (2012). Reddy made her Tamil film debut as Meghna in Gautham Vasudev Menon's romantic drama *Vaaranam Aayiram* (2008), opposite Suriya. She later appeared in the psychological thriller *Nadunisi Naaygal* (2011) and the action film *Vettai* (2012). Her Telugu film credits include *Narasimhudu* (2005), *Jai Chiranjeeva* (2005), alongside Chiranjeevi, and *Ashok* (2006), with Jr. NTR. After taking a break from mainstream acting, Reddy became a digital content creator and advocate for body positivity. She later returned to acting in the horror-thriller *Chimni* (2025), followed by the Hindi drama *Aakhri Sawal* (2026), in which she starred alongside Sanjay Dutt. She also appeared in the Anees Bazmee thriller *Naam* (2024).
