Terry Farrell (* 19. November 1963 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; eigentlich Theresa Lee Farrell Grussendorf) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin und ehemaliges Fotomodell. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rollen als Jadzia Dax in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine und Reggie in der Sitcom Becker.
